1. I prepared seaweed that is easy to eat. Soak seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes.
2. Sieve the seaweed and squeeze out the water. Squeeze as much as you can.
4.Then cut it in half and peel off the cucumber seeds in the middle with a teaspoon. That way, you can put it on the side dish later and it doesn't get water easily.
5. Slice cucumber as thin as possible.Then put 1 tablespoon of coarse salt in a bowl and pickle for 15 minutes.
6.The whole thing is well pickled. Squeeze out the water.
7.Grind 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in advance.
8. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 7 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plum juice and mix well.
9. Put the watery seaweed and cucumber in a bowl and mix them well.
10.If it suits your taste, mix well with crushed sesame salt and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
