1. Put the sweet pumpkin in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and turn it upside down for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

2. Cut the well-steamed sweet pumpkin into 1/4 size pieces and remove the seeds.

3. Remove the skin of the pumpkin before using it.

4. Put the prepared sweet pumpkin in the mixer and add water equal to the weight of the sweet pumpkin (1:1 ratio) And add sugar (if you don't prefer sweet taste, you don't need sugar)

5. Grind it gently with a blender.
