Seopjikoji is located on the east coast of Jeju, and Seopji' refers to the protruding terrain of Seopji and Koji, which means "narrow land" in Jeju dialect. Seopjikoji is a meadow without a single tree on the coastal cliff, and there is a rock called Ipseok on the coast.
At the end of Seopjikoji, there is a lighthouse and on the way there is a rock wall to keep out the wind. There is a field of rape flowers inside this rock, so you can see the field of rape flowers in full bloom every April.
On a wide, flat hill, there is a stone beacon (a square about 4 meters high and 9 meters wide) and it is preserved in its original form.
"Seopjikoji was the most popular drama location in Jeju Island. Films such as 'Fire Moon', 'Lee Jae Soo's Rebellion', 'One Thousand and One Nights' and 'All In'."
Currently, it is called COZY HOUSE, but until 2014, it opened as the filming location of the drama All In.
It must have been a perfect tourist destination for the fans, right? ^^
If you walk further, you will find a place where you can see Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak beautifully!
As I climbed the rocky mountain a little bit, I felt good because I could feel the sea breeze more.
If you visit Seopjikoji, I recommend you to visit Jeju Folk Village and Udo Island
That was the introduction of Seopjikoji.
Stay healthy and have a happy day
