1. Add 1 spoon of chopped green onion to 1 egg and mix.
It's better if you cut the bacon into small pieces and cook it in advance. It doesn't matter if you just cook it.

2. Cut potatoes into appropriate thicknesses
If it's too thick, it takes a long time to cook, and if it's too thin, the potatoes will break, so cut them into moderate thicknesses. Grease the frying pan and place the potatoes in the same shape as in the picture. And turn on the gas, please. Medium to medium heat, please.

3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When the front of the potato is golden brown, use a wide plate to turn it over. You can just flip it in order.

4. When the potatoes are cooked to a certain extent, do not pour the egg water all at once, but pour them carefully little by little.
Egg water plays a role in connecting potatoes together.

5. When the egg water is cooked, put the baked bacon, chopped green onions and cheese on top, cover and cook the cheese.
