Health and longevity is everyone's dream.
For this, it is important to keep the five health habits.
According to a study by Harvard University in the U.S., you can live for another 10 years.

A research team at Harvard University of Public Health evaluated five health habits in more than 110,000 people.
Five health habits
▲ No smoking
▲ Healthy body mass index from 18.5 to 24.9
▲Exercise for more than 30 minutes a day
▲ Moderate drinking habits (two cups a day for women and four cups a day for men)
▲ This includes maintaining healthy eating habits.

Healthy eating habits were scored through the Alternate Healthy Eating Index (AHEI).
Those who eat mainly vegetables, fruits, and fish have a high AHEI index
Those who enjoy processed foods, refined grains, and high-fat dairy products receive low scores.

The research team followed up for 28 years for men and 34 years for women to see how long people with the above five habits lived and whether they had any diseases.

As a result, women with 4 to 5 habits out of 5 habits lived an average of 10 more years without cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, or cancer such as heart disease and stroke compared to women without any habits.
Men with four to five habits lived seven more years without getting sick than men without any habits.

The research team said in a paper,
"We believe that healthy lifestyles not only lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes,
We've discovered that it can lower the mortality rate."
"The government and health authorities should encourage everyone to live healthier lives more easily," he said.

The findings were published in the British Medical Journal.
